SHIPPING

RMC provides free shipping to all US states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico. Sales are limited to only these areas.

Most orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days. Items sent via free shipping, usually arrive within 3 – 14 business days. Customers will receive the carrier information and tracking number when the item has shipped. To request expedited shipping, contact us via the Contact form on our website, so we can review all options and discuss additional costs.

Customer agrees to pay cost of undeliverable item if the provided shipping address was not correct and accurate.

RMC accepts returns if you contact us within the first 14 days of receipt and return the item undamaged within 30 days of receipt. Except in the case of RMC error or damaged goods, customer agrees to pay cost of return.

Contact us using the Contact page on our website and include the reason for the return. We will generate a return label and issue your refund, minus return shipping fees, when we receive your returned items.
